Team Building

STAINLESS GROUP meet in Freiburg im Breisgau

The teams from Stainless France and Stainless Früchtl met in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany, for a team-building event.

Our French and German teams work together throughout the year, mainly remotely. This event gives us the chance to meet in person and get to know the colleagues we regularly work with.

The programme included a team activity, followed by a visit to Freiburg im Breisgau. These shared experiences gave everyone the opportunity to talk in a more informal setting and learn more about each other’s work.

Meeting in person each year helps our teams better understand how each other works and the challenges they face. These exchanges make day-to-day work easier, especially when working remotely.

Thank you to everyone who took part and to those who helped organise the event!
